This initiative, created by Samsung – a leading electronics brand worldwide – has been promoting the talent of Mexican girls, boys and young people for 9 years so that they develop their ideas and can integrate and develop in the world of technology. This is guided by the conviction that knowledge is the catalyst for a better future, which must be built in the present.
In this sense, the ninth edition of Solve Chile Mobile Number List for Tomorrow Mexico made it clear that ingenuity, youth, education and the private sector are fundamental in building a stronger society and a technology that not only satisfies needs, but also addresses the problems of our planet and people. Year after year, Samsung Electronics seeks to unleash the ingenuity of students aged 12 to 20 from the countries in which the company has a presence, through Solve for Tomorrow, a call in which participants, guided by a teacher, present a "technological idea that promotes solutions with a positive impact." Which has linked the company with education, promoting study and training inclusion.
And as UNESCO points out , making investments in science, technology and youth is essential for economic development and social progress. However, in our country this is usually relegated, since there is only one researcher for every thousand workers, in addition to the lack of public resources to support this area.
With Solve for Tomorrow, Samsung seeks to contribute to reducing this problem, which also impacts gender equality and, given that projects must be focused on contributing to environmental or social well-being, also on sustainable development.
Furthermore, it is important to highlight that Solve for Tomorrow is not only a contest, but a network in which Samsung staff, using their expertise , join the finalist teams and make their knowledge and feedback available to the students.
« Solve for Tomorrow (formerly Soluciones para el Futuro) is the most important Social Responsibility program for Samsung and since 2014 it has motivated more than 9 thousand students, almost 600 teachers and more than 800 schools throughout the Mexican Republic to develop their creativity and entrepreneurship through the presentation of innovative technological solutions.

Therefore, in this edition, the company organized an event last December 1st, to present the winners of Solve for Tomorrow México 2022. Which was hosted by the actress , presenter and businesswoman, Martha Debayle, and It was attended by Sang Jik Lee, President of Samsung Electronics Mexico.
Winning projects of Solve for Tomorrow Mexico 2022
With more than 2,200 students enrolled, 561 projects and the collaboration of more than 100 teachers, these were the ideas of the winners of Solve for Tomorrow México 2022:
1. Fire Alert
Created by Emily Villanueva Ramírez and Ismael Alejandro Torres Contreras from CONALEP 055, Matamoros Campus. This project seeks to protect homes and businesses from possible accidents caused by natural gas leaks. The difference between "Fire Alert" and other prevention devices is that it was designed with all the details in mind, such as the lack of connectivity and light.
2. Fishtilizer
In recent years, the devil fish has become a pest that is destroying endemic species in our country. With this in mind, “Fishtilizador” was born, the second place winner of Solve for Tomorrow México. This project, created by students from Conalep 054, Tampico, Tamaulipas, is a fertilizer based on fish remains and other organic waste.
3. Water collector and symbiosis for orchard
Understanding the water challenge and the importance of sustainable agriculture, students from CECyTE, Guanajuato, obtained third place thanks to their project. Which involved a water collection system, which would be used to improve crops, efficiently reuse the liquid and reduce the water impact.

4. A helping hand
Innovation is not only about creating items that benefit humans, as demonstrated by these winners of Solve for Tomorrow México 2022, and this team made up of students from the Community Telebachillerato Number 210 Presa del Rey, Temascalapa, created "A Helping Hand" , an initiative in which, through the creation of sustainable houses for dogs, they aim to eradicate abandonment and pollution.
5. Trophic
Exploiting the wealth of local production and balancing trade is the purpose of the app , which is based on fair trade. Designed by students from the Quintana Roo State High School, Plantel Bacalar, “Trófica” is designed to help small producers, which is why it became fifth place in the competition.

For Samsung, it is important that the proposals of the winners of Solve for Tomorrow Mexico become transformative realities, so in addition to rewarding their talent, it also encourages them to grow in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (known group as STEM for its acronym in English).
Proof of this is the experience of Mariana Isabel González Reyes, a young woman from Tabasco who participated in the last edition of Solve for Tomorrow, and who today, thanks to her startup Osler AI, focused on technology oriented to the health and well-being industry, is achieved great goals, a journey in which Samsung's drive has been fundamental.
