Showing autonomy and proactivity in our work activities has become essential. It projects towards others a symptom of emotional maturity on our part. Demonstrating that we are prepared to make decisions and to act decisively in the face of possible conflicts are skills highly appreciated by today's companies. It is very important to anticipate a problem with an adequate vision of the future. It will allow us to act in advance and be able to control an inconvenient situation before it becomes a problem.
